Anything that comes in a miniature glass jar will have me go weak at the knees! Novelty accessories like fairy dust or a love letter stored in an itty bitty bottle, are those things you simply just can't pass up on. It may seem "childish" by some people, but I believe there is a kid in all of us, right?
In introducing this outfit post, here I am wearing a handcrafted "Russian Black Tea" necklace that I won through a giveaway hosted by Isabel from iflyastarship.blogspot.com Made by her mum, a found object/recycled art artist, this delightful necklace is made up of a tiny glass jar containing actual Russian Black Tea leaves with a handwritten tag. I love the beaded details too.
Wouldn't it be great to have different necklaces for a range of tea types. Like one for English Breakfast, Peppermint and even Green tea?! ....PING! There goes the lightbulb hehe
With the weather dropping to awfully low temperatures, layering has become a must when getting dressed in the morning. As mentioned in earlier posts, I love layering collared shirts with sweaters. Don't be fooled guys and girls, I have at least 3 layers underneath hehe
Being an avid fan of Bear Grylls and Man Vs Wild, "keeping your extremities warm such as your hands, ears and head is vital when in cold conditions". I don't recall my head being cold last winter, but ever since I got my hair cut my head is certainly the feeling chill this year. Brrrr!! It is amazing how much of a difference gloves and in this case a hat can do! I call this hat of mine, my "lady bowler hat" as it is a cross between Charlie Chaplin's iconic version and the 1920's Cloche hat. It is also made of 100% wool, so no wonder it is doing a good job keeping my head warm!
Wearing: shredded knit (random store), collared shirt worn underneath (GUESS?), skinny jeans (Nobody), socks (Sportsgirl), brogues (vintage), hat (store in Newtown) and satchel (gifted from Wild Hearts Vintage)

Hope you all are having a top week?! We are now at half way! :)
