I've always been a creature of comfort. Lately when dressing up, I directly go to my pants section in my wardrobe and slip into these high-waisted pleated pants by American Apparel. You've probably seen them on the blog in an earlier post, being so comfortable they've become one of my favourite wardrobe staples. Teamed up with a pair of stilletos you can instantly take these slacks into the evening styled with a chic belt like this thin gold plated one from Beginning Boutique. To inject some colour, this bright, colour-popping, confetti-like top also from BB does the trick perfectly, creating an effortless yet edgy, youthful look. The gold detail on the belt makes for the perfect opportunity to wear your favourite gold accessories too. There's something about cuffed trousers and sexy heels I can't quite put my finger on. In the mean time, I'm hoping to grow my pants collection in time for winter. Bye bye skirts, I'm all for the pants party!
